I attribute my slouched posture to 2 pregnancies,4 years of breastfeeding and spending most of my time with little people. Huhu

I have very bad posture. Don't know whether I've had it awhile but never noticed it until now or baru je. Either way, I'm heartbroken..hehe..macam dah tua je, and I'm not even 30!

Kesimpulannya...haruslah exercise!! Let's start with 10 push ups and 10 sit ups a day :P

I tried going to the gym a few weeks ago but the people inside didn't want the aircond on! I don't get why Malaysians really want to sweat it out. 30 degrees Celsius vs air-cond...why not choose the aircond? Dalam aircond pun boleh sweat jugak! It's just the body's mechanism to cool itself. Apalah yang best sangat nak berpeluh banyak-banyak as if lagi banyak peluh lagi banyak calories you burn. Sama je. ARgh..ignorant people.

Haha...mula-mula motivasi diri pastu marah orang pulak :P

Kalau Sue risau pasal posture try buat yoga or pilates, tapi tak sure kat Kerteh ada kelas yoga ker tak. Huhu Lina sejak dah kahwin dan ada anak ni rasa tak fit ajer...kena motivasikan dirikan untuk buat exercise? Nanti panjat tangga pun mengah, malu ajer...

Same here.. semangat berkobar2 nak exercise tapi seminggu sekali pun susah. siap beli abs swing konon2 nak kempiskan perut. haha. sentuh pun tak. tadi tgk pics kodeng, cantik bike baru.. Su punya ke? apa lagi, bolehla workout :)
