I have very bad posture. Don't know whether I've had it awhile but never noticed it until now or baru je. Either way, I'm heartbroken..hehe..macam dah tua je, and I'm not even 30!
Kesimpulannya...haruslah exercise!! Let's start with 10 push ups and 10 sit ups a day :P
I tried going to the gym a few weeks ago but the people inside didn't want the aircond on! I don't get why Malaysians really want to sweat it out. 30 degrees Celsius vs air-cond...why not choose the aircond? Dalam aircond pun boleh sweat jugak! It's just the body's mechanism to cool itself. Apalah yang best sangat nak berpeluh banyak-banyak as if lagi banyak peluh lagi banyak calories you burn. Sama je. ARgh..ignorant people.
