Masjid Kristal

 

We went on a short trip to Kuala Terengganu to visit Hadi's side of the family. Senang sikit now as we have the highway (no tolls yet) so sekejap je dah sampai.

We did a lot of visiting, hehe, feel very accomplished. 4 houses tu! It's really good that we get to visit everybody, it reminds us that we need to take care of ourselves, exercise, eat good food so we'll at least be able to take care of ourselves when we get older. It's also Sunnah to visit the sick

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Every Muslim has five rights over another Muslim (i.e., he has to perform five duties for another Muslim): to return the greetings, to visit the sick, to accompany funeral processions, to accept an invitation, to respond to the sneezer [i.e., to say: 'Yarhamuk-Allah (may Allah bestow His Mercy on you),' when the sneezer praises Allah]."

In between visiting family we went to Mydin (yawn) and Masjid Kristal. Kinda disappointed with the place, sebab tak cantik. I don't know whether the masjid got flooded ke apa but dalam dia not nice, siap ada this really huge machinery, a supersized vacuum/carpet cleaner? I thought a lot of people had their nikah/tunang here???

The other place was closed even though on the signboard it should be open, I think that's the area where you have to pay to look at the miniature masjids. Well we couldn't do that. So kami makan ice-cream je. Good ice cream kambing..mbekkk.
