Sumayya doing Barbie Popstar Dance

Got this from my update

Fasten your seat belt! Your toddler's probably on an emotional roller-coaster now: One minute he's as happy as ever, and the next he's a mess. It may be a year or two before he outgrows temper tantrums. Until then, expect to deal with regular outbursts of anger and frustration. While it's difficult to predict what's going to spark a tantrum, you can cut down on their frequency by making sure your child gets enough sleep and eats well during the day. Remember, a hungry, sleep-deprived toddler is a meltdown waiting to happen.

It's happening on a daily basis! I try my best to soothe her but if she still won't stop I just let her blow off her steam. The tantrums usually happen when she's tired or when I don't understand what she wants. It also happens when I give her cut up grapes! hahaah

 Love u bebeh!

It's a new experience for us as parents as she's the first to throw a full tantrum in public. We'd have her crying and lying down on the floor with her limbs flailing. Best kan? And she's not even 2! People usually say it's the terrible two but I don't think my baby is terrible, hehe. Well, not yet :P

Pantai Klebang Melaka & Asam Pedas Hajjah Mona

Cannot remember the last time we lepak at the beach! It was probably when we were still living in Kerteh. Everyone had fun especially little Sumayya, she just lovessss the sand. Our other kids, especially Hanan used to fuss over having sand on her feet, asik nak kena basuh je kaki.Sumayya siap tempek-tempek sand on her face =) She even tried to eat some!haha. Hadi bought the girls kites. We all waited in the car for him to make the purchase and Salma and Hanan were in the car with their heads out the window telling Hadi the kites they like. "Babahhhhh, nak yang..." Alih-alih Sumy mencelah dekat window and said "Babahhhh" in the same tone as the other girls..haha,pandai dah lepas ni, pening Babah!

Kopak mak ayah bila semua anak nak naik horsie! Haha, might be cheaper in the long run to buy a horse! Sumayya was excited at first but when the horse jalan towards the beach she wanted to get down. Last-last siap wave bye-bye to mama.

Later that night we wanted Asam Pedas for dinner, friends suggested Asam Pedas Kota Laksmana but there were so many! Yang mana satu nii? Haha, saw a few shops and Mr Driver decided to stop at Hajjah Mona's. The taste......mcm tak sedap tapi sedap. Haha, how now? The kuah smelled like cili boh je but bila hirup sedap even though it didn't taste like the regular Asam Pedas. We were all so hungry from spending time at the beach, bila kena dengan the rice, telur masin and sayur the plate was licin in 5 mins kot! =) Alhamdulillah. I think the best part was the rice though, sebab it was fluffy and soft, bukan the regular nasi keras macam kat kedai lain. Boleh pergi lagi? Boleh kot =) Salma had fried chicken with her rice and Hanan had satay.

Kat kedai tu nampak ramai pulak lelaki nak jadi perempuan and vice versa..kesian and sedih pulak :(

Seafood at Senibong, Johor

During the last school holidays we followed Mr Workaholic to Masai Johor. Masai, ada apa di Masai? TIADA APA APA! Hahahaha

Well, luckily the hotel staff recommended Senibong for dinner. Ada gak la attraction semasa di Masai. The place was about 15mins away from where we stayed, rugi tak pergi dinner dua kali kat sini =) There were so many different kinds of seafood, and quite a few gerais to choose from. We dined in the first gerai. I wanted to eat kepah but dalam kelam kabut nak persuade Salma to eat seafood saya tersilap order kupang. Hadi ordered the big black crab, I'm not sure of the name, Hanan ordered sotong celup tepung and Sally the 'darat animal only for tonite girl' ordered beef in oyster sauce. We added telur dadar and 2 types of sayur. Over kan but we finished everything because it was really good!

It was the first time I tasted the big crab, I prefer the regular ones we get at pasar, I think the meat is sweeter softer.

What I love about this place - good food, fast service and no fishy smell from the sea! They also serve dessert =) Coconut jelly only..hehe

Orang Johor kan memang pandai masak ;)

Klebang Coconut Shake

Memang sedap, just look at Sumy! =)) I think the hot sunny day made the coconut shake even more delicious. The place was full when we arrived but a minute after we got our table, the shakes were  ready for us! Servis yang bagus! Hebat-hebat. I think they use Walls ice cream in the shake, I would prefer a bigger scoop in my drink and I bet you can make a special order ;) They're not lokek at all as you can taste the bits of coconut in the drink.

They also have lots of kuih muih, nasi lemak, mee goreng and such. Hadi tried the nasi lemak, his comment was "Ok, sedap, sambal dia pedas sikit" I tried the mee goreng but it wasn't good. The kids ate roti hot dog and the colorful apams, the roti was definitely finger lickin good =) Habis semua

Will go again if we're there, the shake is really good like the one I had in Besut at the Jamboree Pengakap yearsssss ago. The ones I tasted elsewhere were never as good. Glad we went =)

Most reviews I read said they're sold out by 6pm so make sure you come early =)
